Ramen Butcher Manila

This southie foodie has once again found herself hungry for a new restaurant discovery while visiting Quezon City on a Sunday afternoon. And while I still have a lot on my long list of restaurants to try, I decided it’s about time to take Ramen Butcher off that list.

This restaurant’s interior is very open and bright, filled with greeneries and the colors black, white, and gray. It’s a nice and cozy place with a very different approach from your usual red and black interiors.

Both the Butcher Signature ₱480 (+ ₱80 for tamago) and Hakata Black Garlic ₱520 were excellent ramen choices. The latter was richer just had more depth in terms of flavor, but the taste of the Butcher Signature was more unique.

The Hakata Black Garlic also comes with a free noodle refill after the first bowl of noodles. So this is best for those who have a big appetite.

Their Gyoza ₱250 was also delicious. It had a bit of juice that oozes out on your first bite that made it much more recommendable.

The restaurant had ample parking spaces available with an attendant to assist.

I had doubts coming here because of the mixed reviews I have read, but after trying it out for the first time, I can say that I can see myself coming back to Ramen Butcher the next time I am in the area. We had a wonderful overall experience.

Hungry for more,

(Date of visit: February 2, 2025)
