Em Ha Noi is a new restaurant that just opened in Bluebay Walk in Pasay City. It’s this yellow establishment you’ll see when you pass along Macapagal Blvd.

These are the nice lightings that will greet you as you enter the restaurant. 

Their deep fry roll (or fried spring rolls) was my favorite. The wrapper was crispy, nice and thin. The filling was well seasoned, and just complemented well with their sauce. 
Their beef pho was good, but not the best. It was light in terms of taste and went well with the calamansi (they did not have lime). The beef they used was different than what we were used to, something we did not expect. It was rather lean than fatty (and thin), but still tender. The big letdown was that they did not have cilantro, which for me altered the taste of the dish a lot.
