Prior to the enforcement of ECQ in Metro Manila last August, we were able to go to Jasmine at New World Hotel in Makati to try their all-you-can-have dimsum for lunch, and here's a review (with photos) of our whole experience!

They also give out complimentary hot tea upon request.
Overall we were satisfied with the service and food at Jasmine. The variety available is less than what Red Lantern in Solaire offers, but it's understandable since it's also cheaper, although they (Jasmine) also offer more items on their eat-all-you-can menu on weekends.
