There are now a few shops offering them online, but the one I got to try and absolutely LOVED was from Dish MNL.

Their quesa birria tacos are made of really tender premium beef shank, 3 cheese, and pico de gallo. The tacos alone are flavorful enough to enjoy alone, but dipping it in the consommé just adds so much more flavor that complements the tacos. They also give out lemons and extra pico de gallo with each order, which I love squeezing and sprinkling on top of each taco.

You can get your own taco for only P130 each. They require a minimum of 3 pieces per order, because one to two orders are seriously not enough for a person. I personally ate 3 tacos in one sitting. It's that good!
