Christmas was just around the corner, and my boyfriend and I were really feeling the holiday spirit. To join in on all the festivities, every year we splurge on our Christmas lunch and spend it eating in a hotel buffet. This year, thanks to the promo from BDO, we found ourselves inside Diamond Hotel's Corniche.
Corniche is one of Diamond Hotel's beautiful restaurants. One side of this restaurant is made completely of glass, which is a perfect source of natural lighting that makes the ambiance of half of Corniche brighter compared to the other hotel buffet restaurants we've been to. There's also a huge fountain outside said glass windows that makes the experience even more breathtaking, especially when on a date.
In the middle of Corniche is a display of different kinds of seafood you can indulge on. Mussels, tiger prawns, crabs, everything was truly jaw-dropping!
Cooked seafood are also part of their buffet spread, if you don't fancy choosing your own seafood and having them cooked your way.

My third plate was when I started going nuts over the other items from the buffet. I got some pasta, chicken, beef, and dimsum. They also had Filipino and Indian stations, which I skipped since I wasn't in the mood for these.

For plate number four, I got some seafoods I had cooked with a butter garlic sauce. The taste was really bland, to be honest, so I didn't enjoy this as much as I had hoped.

I was feeling a bit full but I still wanted to have some desserts, and here's everything I had. They had puto bumbong that's perfect for the season!
They also offer a la carte items any time of the day from 6am to 11pm daily.
