I was invited to the grand opening of Olivia & Co.'s first branch in Uptown Mall back in 2017. Sadly, I wasn't able to join since it was a weekday, and I couldn't leave work. To console myself, I promised to try the cafe on my own time soon, and an opportunity came knocking somewhere near my workplace.

Olivia & Co. has recently opened its second branch at S Maison. This franchise from Singapore will make your taste buds travel with dishes that are influenced by the different cuisines of the world.

Being a travel-themed cafe, it is no surprise that Olivia & Co has a simple yet inviting ambiance. The ceiling full of "floating" hot air balloons is enough to lure you in, make you sit down and indulge.  

A bed of mixed greens with apple slaw, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, cold smoked salmon, and drizzled with some apple & ginger dressing, Olivia & Co's smoked salmon salad is what you might want to have for a light and healthy lunch.

Spicy hot sauce

This tomato-based pasta is made with spicy tomato sauce, which I had altered to be less spicy and more kid-friendly. 

Olivia & Co's take on Asia's famous laksa dish finished off with some grilled prawns. 

Pasta cooked with squid ink, chili spice, and more seafood.

Fresh mushrooms, parmesan cheese slices, garlic.

Smoky pancetta ham, cheese shavings, egg yolk, truffle oil

The cafe's desserts, from what I have read, are a must have here in Olivia & Co. Sadly, the huge serving of their pasta, (plus the fact that I had to take some home) made me miss the chance of trying out one of their cakes. 

They also have new rice meals (based on their website), but these aren't available yet at their S Maison branch.
