Christmas is probably the biggest holiday in our country. Filipinos have our own traditions and ways of celebrating this season. Some spend it at home, while others go out of town or out of the country. We on the other hand, had a wonderful Christmas celebration at I'm Hotel's Antidote Bar.
The Antidote bar is one of the finest places I've been to this year. It's got everything you'd wish to spend your time at.
The jellyfish tank, together with the neon signages above it are what will immediately put you in awe as you set foot on this bar.
As you further explore and make your way outside, the venue's lavish outdoor furniture in a garden setting, and not to mention the remarkable view of the city will make it irresistible for you to strike a few poses.
When all the photo shoots have been done, the organizers from The Foodie Station and What to Eat PH started the party with some opening remarks, followed by the portion everyone's been waiting for: eating time!
Pizza Slices from Angel's Pizza |
Jalapeño Mozzarella Sticks from Antidote Bar |
Lechon from Elarz Lechon |
Pistachio and Hazelnut Gelato from Gelatofix |
Sisig Kanin Ball from The Broken Oven |
These are just some of the food we had at our party, and after indulging on these, we went on to have a photo and video contest featuring two of our sponsors' products:
Lick Iced Tea |
I'm so proud of our team for winning this challenge! ♥
Salted Egg Chips from Stips Chips |
What do you think of our entry? 😅
We were also able to take home some breads (wasn't able to take photos of) and spreads from Pan De Manila. I honestly liked both of the spreads! Finally an addition to the typical hazelnut and peanut butter spread we normally use at home.

We really had a fun food and laughter-filled afternoon at this Epicurean Foodie Soiree organized by our dear friends from The Foodie Station and What to Eat PH. If I could only go back to that time, I really would! 😍

There's something immediately dignified about this venue - it is beautifully designed, tasteful, and understated. Went to this comfy LA venue recently, just the right temperature, good food and great experience.
