Breakfast at Antonio's
Aguinaldo Highway, Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, Tagaytay

This big blue house was our second stop for our holiday foodcrawl. Unlike the first restaurant we've been to, this place didn't have the best view (although it also has a garden at the back), but what it offers is something better.

This place opens at 7am, and we arrived at 8am and parking was almost full. Wow. Too early and yet people already swarmed the place. This tells you a lot. Upon entering, we were asked to sit on the waiting area. This I'm puzzled about. I don't get why they made us wait when there were empty tables still.

While waiting for our table to be ready, we visited their goodies shop to find something to carry home. They have pastries and some frozen items there.

As soon as our table was ready, we sat down and ordered our second breakfast for the day.

Golden Waffle P210
This looks like a sad, boring dish being a single, flat waffle served on a plain white plate, but wait 'til you have a taste of it. The waffle was cooked perfectly, plus it was really good even without the syrup. All of the elements combined make one heavenly good breakfast. No wonder it's called a GOLDEN waffle.

Fresh Corned Beef with Horseradish and Mustard P470
This tender and flavor packed corned beef is the right way to spoil yourself! Absolutely worth the money.

Ham and Spinach Bacon Leeks Quiche P150
This one's another winner. I loved this dish primarily because it was cheesy. I felt my eyes widen upon having a bite. I am seriously considering to order more of this next time.

Housemade Pork Sausage P380

I'm not a fan of sausages, but this one didn't disappoint as well, although it's the only dish we ordered that didn't make it to my list of favorites.

The prices of their meals are pricey, but it's safe to say that it's justified given the quality of food they serve on your table. The portions of their dishes are rather small. It's not for those who are used to eating heavy. A single order of anything in this place will leave me unsatisfied and wanting more. Nevertheless, I still highly recommend this restaurant. I can't wait to be back.

My score:
Pricing – 3/5
Service – 4/5
 Ambiance – 4/5

     Taste – 5/5
