This restaurant is not really hard to find. We used SLEX from Bicutan and took the Sta. Rosa exit. It’s a bit far, but there are not much turns so getting lost is not a problem. Parking is spacious if you arrived early. I think this isn’t a problem for those availing the breakfast buffet. We noticed that the restaurant and parking got crowded around 11am, when people started arriving for lunch.
We arrived at around 9:30am for breakfast buffet, and we were the 25th on the wait list. At that time, they just assisted the customers listed as 12th. We had to wait for around 30 minutes to get our seats.

I loved the interiors of this restaurant. The setup looks so elegant. The buffet stations are located around the room, and the tables and chairs in the middle portion. There are also seats outside, like a veranda.
The Food
Stations:
Filipino cuisine. Tocino, bangus, corned beef, tapa, bacon, longganisa are just a few of the dishes you can find in this buffet. Other items also include the arroz caldo, assortment of kakanin, hot chocolate, taho, and breads. There are also drink stations (and they are not your usual drinks), DIY omelette and rice station, and puto bumbong.
1. Longanisa, Tocino, Corned Beef, Bangus, Beef Tapa, Bacon, Chicken and Pork Adobo
2. Arroz Caldo
3. Drinks
4. Kansi Soup
5. Champorado, Iced Coffee, Tea Station
6. Cereals, Balut at Penoy, Puto Bumbong
7. Taho, Hot Chocolate, Ensaymada, a different kind of corned beef
8. Kakanin
9. Pastries
10. Salad Bar
11. Bread, Jams
12. Rice, Spanish sardines, DIY Omelette, and rice
(I don’t think this is the complete list of food, but I’m sure I listed most of them)
All of these for the price of P650 plus service charge.
I actually don’t know about how their food was cooked or what the ingredients were, but I’m pretty sure I haven’t eaten a lot, yet I felt full even before I got to try half of the food available. Maybe it’s because I found the food too oily? (the tocino, longganisa part of the buffet)
My favorites: Their corned beef, ensaymada, maja blanca and cassava cake.
