It was such a nice timing that my boyfriend and I were looking for a restaurant to have lunch at on that coming Monday. After checking out the menu and the price (cheapest on Mondays to Wednesdays!!!), we agreed to give it a go.
Red Lantern is such a beautiful restaurant in Solaire. The place looks simple and classy at the same time, with bold red carpets, extravagant lightings, yellow seats, not to mention the huge rain shower with black tilings and red spotlights that definitely will catch your attention you as you walk in.

We were provided with the dim sum menu and were told that most of the items (dim sum, rice roll, deep fried and baked, desserts) are ordered on a per piece basis. I really loved this part since it meant that we can try more dishes from the menu by ordering one of each!

We were sooo stuffed with everything we had, and we didn't even get to try their noodles! I also didn't have any favorites, nor do I remember something tasting phenomenal, but what made this such a great lunch for me was the service, and the rule that we can order almost everything per piece. This meant that you don't have to go in a group just to sample most of the items on the menu (and I looove tasting a bit of everything), which worked well in our favor since there were only two of us.
